Refund policy
A NO REFUND POLCY is in place, due to the nature of our work and craftsmanship that is customized to your liking and/or made as shown in the listing you ordered it as. Please be sure that you are closely monitoring the details you place on our website when ordering. Any issues made at the hand of client ordering, will not be corrected for free by Itty Bitty Peach.
If you received an item that is faulty, defected and/or incorrect and you believe it was done so on our end, please note that all claims must be submitted within three days after your order was delivered to your address. If you not read this and are unaware when reporting after the three day period, we do not hold any responsibility to the matter. Our policies are listed on the main landing page and listed throughout on the site.
To be eligible for a defect claim, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) Person making the claim must be the person who placed the order and the name on the card used to place the order.

Please attach photos and explain in detail your issues and requests. We will do our very best to make sure this addresed appropriatly.
If your claim is accepted, we’ll inform you on further instructions on how the process is started. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please note our three day claim period as listed above. It is important that all customers inspect orders upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), . Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Third parties cannot make return requests nor refund requests. Only the licensed reseller. In order for any type of claim to valid, resllers must be in good standing with their licenses and must have corrcet licenses needed to buy wholesale items. It is not the fault of Itty Bitty Peach if a purchaser made it through the ordering process without providing a license. If you are founf to not be a licensed reseller, you will be not be refunded, no returns will be accepted and you unlicensed buyer will be removed without any wanring if so seen fit by our company.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve reviewed you claim. If claim has been found valid and we have accepted your request for a refund, we will be in touch to let you know it has been accepted and when it will be processed. Refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
