Shipping policy

Shipping is handled by Postal Carriers. Once items leave the hands of Itty Bitty Peach and packages are picked up (scanned in or not) Itty Bitty Peach is not responsible for anything that happens once packages have left he companies site(s). Postal services are known to loose packages, damage packages, and there have been times where items have gone missing and shown up at a much later date than expected. All shipped items from Itty Bitty Peach are processed and tracking numbers are stored in the postal carriers systems and sometimes available on ours. We are not responsible for anything once it has left our company property.
